Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 30 days of receiving the damaged item(s) at support@sonicsmile.co with pictures of the damaged item(s). Once your email is processed, we will send you a replacement as supplies permit. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for your order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sonicsmile.co.


Shipping

If we contact you and ask you to return your item to an address we give you, there are some things for you to consider:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
